PS3 and Wii Bid for Charity
All proceeds benefit the successful bidder’s local chapter of Toys for Teens, a program of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation.

Requirements for the Auction:
- Auction participants must be legal U.S. residents and at least 18 years old at the time of bidding.
- To make a bid, log on to any participating Clear Channel Radio station website and become a registered bidder by completing the registration form. All information requested must be completed. By becoming a registered bidder, you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions stated herein. No other form of bids will be accepted.
- Bidding starts at manufacturer suggested retail price for each item. Nintendo Wii’s suggested retail prize is $249.99. Sony PS3’s suggested retail price is $599.99.
- Bidding for Sony PS3s must be made in minimum of $25 increments.
- Bidding for Nintendo Wiis must be made in minimum of $10 increments.
- Four units will be auctioned per hour (2 of each game console) for 12 hours from 8AM to 8PM EST on each of the 12 days of the online auction (48 per day for a total of 576 units).
- Winning bids will receive a confirmation email with a URL link to take the winning bidder to a shopping cart to make purchase. Payment must be made by using a valid Visa, MasterCard or America Express. No other form of payment will be accepted for online bidding.
- Winning bidder will have only 48 hours from the confirmation email to make the purchase. If the purchase is not made within 48 hours, the offer is forfeited by the winning bidder.
- Toys for Tots will send the winning bidder all information necessary for tax purposes.
- Products will not be fulfilled outside the United States. Best Buy is responsible for shipping and handling of the product to the winning bidder and, after confirmation that the payment is received, will arrange for delivery to the address provided by winning bidder during online registration.
- Auction participants agree (a) that Clear Channel, Best Buy Stores, L.P., and Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Releasees") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Auction product or participation in this Auction or any related activity, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any Auction product; and (b) except where legally prohibited, winning bidder grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Releasees those acting under their authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval.
- Releasees disclaim all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, interruption, deletion, defect, or failure in the delivery of any bid, email, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Releasees are not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, cable, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including but not limited to: any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Auction; computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; failed, misdirected, incomplete, jumbled, scrambled, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries; traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website; lost or unavailable network, server, satellite, or other connections, availability or accessibility which may limit an online bidder’s ability to participate in the Auction; any injury or damage to bidder’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Auction; or any other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network.
- Any valuation of the products auctioned is based on manufacturer suggested retail price. Each winning bidder is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the product(s) and paying any expenses associated with the products which are not specifically provided for herein.
- By participating in the Auction, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Clear Channel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Auction, or obtain winning status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. Clear Channel will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the Auction and all decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.
- If the conduct or outcome of the Auction is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of Clear Channel, Clear Channel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate the Auction, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as it deems appropriate.
- All decisions of Clear Channel are final and binding.
